At Cayaba Care, I provided strategic design consulting for a community-based, maternal health startup that provides wrap-around support during the perinatal journey. By applying behavioral science principles to service design, I introduced new care models for continuous support throughout the maternal journey. Working alongside the founder and strategy lead, disparate research insights were transformed into cohesive, visualized engagement strategies. These efforts helped the team bridge gaps in their research ecosystem, with the ultimate goal of ensuring new and second-time moms could access quality care regardless of location or socioeconomic background.
